About Gluten Free Preppers

Gluten Free Preppers is all about living the Gluten Free lifestyle with preparedness in mind.

My family and I have lived Gluten Free since June 2001.  We have not looked back, only forward to better health.

Since going Gluten Free, it has become increasingly clear with natural disasters and other emergencies how important it is for my family to prepare.  We really need to be ready with safe food storage.

What is the point of storing food which will make you so sick you cannot function?  NONE.

We have food storage which will allow our family of six to eat healthy without gluten during times of disaster.

This has not been an easy process.  It is worth it.
