Gluten-Free No Bake Peanut Butter Nutella Clusters

Fast and easy to make gluten free no bake cookies that are full of flavor.
  • 3 oz. (90 grams) Nestle Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels
  • Scant ½ cup (120 grams) Nutella
  • 1¾ cup (40 grams) Gluten Free Cafe Maple Buckwheat Flakes
  1. Melt the peanut butter & chocolate morsels in a saucepan over gentle heat.
  2. When melted, remove from heat.
  3. Gently stir in buckwheat flakes and mix carefully.
  4. Place small amounts of the mixture on a piece of parchment or wax paper.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
I used wax paper placed on top of a cookie sheet (with sides).
